Basic Weekly Inspection
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.
- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
- Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.
- Check that A/C is cooling and keeping set point.
- Run all faucets (hot and cold), turn on showers and flush toilets to verify there are not signs of leaks or clogged drains.
- Main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers.
- Visual inspection throughout property.
- Check water level of pool and visually inspect pool screen and pump etc.
- Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check for signs of vandalism or anything out of place.
- IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of abnormalities found.
